The silver of land on which this building is sited is a fragment of the now abandoned Canadian Pacific Railway line that once ran along the waterfront of Coal Harbour in Vancouver. Occupied by offices and residential suites, the building draws its inspiration from the history of the site. The intentionally ambiguous image of the building oscillates between resembling a train or a boat or, from certain angles, a conventional street-wall building.

Suites, which are accessed from a single-loaded corridor, can be used for offices, retail (on the ground and seventh floor) or residential purposes, as a result of new flexible zoning that was developed for the site.

A master plan, developed for the entire block, ensures the implementation of a pedestrian mews, which is intended to separate two future slim towers from this seven-storey building.
